A Financial Services business has an opportunity to join their financial planning division based in Bromsgrove. As a Senior IFA Administrator you will be responsible for supporting administration for the financial planning team.

Main Tasks: IFA Administrator

Submission of business to platforms and providers
Manage all client databases
Deal with any ad hoc client queries
Preparation of quotes
Compliance with best practice
Research and analysis of holdings to support the preparation of client reports
Communicate with clients and providers to ensure smooth operation of cases and applications
Assist with the accurate completion of applications
Update client information on back-office systems
Support ongoing client relationships

Qualifications / Skills: Administrator

Previous experience working within the financial planning industry is a must
Knowledge of main Financial Planning areas
Knowledge of industry software preferred
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office suite and back-office systems

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload

Salary GBP22,000 - GBP28,000
