Business Development Executive
HJR Tax is a market-leading capital allowances company specialising in unlocking thousands of pounds in tax relief for our large client base. We are currently looking for new candidates to join our fast-paced Kidderminster based sales team.
The right candidates will be offered a permanent fulltime position within the company, with a starting salary of between GBP18,000 to GBP24,000 dependant on experience. The right candidate will benefit from the most extensive inhouse training the industry has to offer. This will include many new skills that can be used to develop the right candidates' professional abilities. Training will include a breakdown of the service from start to finish, sales training, persuasion, psychology and negotiation skills. The working environment is fast paced and target driven. Basic salary: GBP18,000 to GBP24,000 with realistic OTE of GBP50,000.
Commission: excellent commission structure for achieving and exceeding targets.
