Taylor Herrick are working with a bespoke housing developer that require a New Homes Sales Manager to support their planned growth across the Midlands, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire. The role has clear progression to Sales Director, so they are looking for ambitious candidates ready for the next step in their careers.

As New Homes Sales Manager, you'll contribute to the overall success of the business by driving a strong sales performance through effective management of the Sales Adviser team on their developments. You will be expected to:

??Deliver a strong sales performance through effective management of the sales adviser team including their recruitment and ongoing training and development.
??Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales revenue and profitability
??Ensure all market research data is up to date and accurate in order to achieve sales targets
??Manage database of CRM activity with designated team, ensure continuous improvement as measured by KPI performance
??Oversee the implementation and launch of new sites - coordinating Marketing input as appropriate
??Manage delivery and ongoing presentation of show homes and sales office for developments, ensuring all sites are always presentable to potential customers
??Be the point of contact for customer care issues, liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of customer journey for their developments
??Appropriately report to the Sales Director on all aspects of sales/legal completions

Key target areas for this role include legal completions, customer care, average selling price, sales selling overheads, client extras.

Ideally, you'll already be a New Homes Sales Manager with a proven track record of managing day to day operations effectively and driving successful sales teams to achieve targets. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you'll be a natural at building strong relationships both internally and externally. A full UK driving licence is required.
