Templeton and Partners is currently looking for an Entity controller for a global client in Redditch.

Your role:

Reporting into one of the two Regional Finance Managers, the Entity Controllers are themselves responsible for managing the team's Financial Analysts. This involves providing regular counselling and feedback, but also effectively managing their workload on a day-to-day basis.

This requires an understanding of the underlying business to identify unexpected variances, clear written presentation skills to document results, and a proactive approach to resolve issues identified.

Additionally the team provides financial support as required throughout the business, whether it is routine briefing on financial performance of country Works Councils, or specific information required for grant claims.

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

- Ability to forge good relationships and communicate effectively

- Forward thinking and organised approach to project management
