The Role:

Register potential customers

Arrange and attend viewings

Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants

Close deals

Canvass for new business opportunities

Achieve pre-agreed targets

Skills / Experience:

Proven background in estate agency essential

Extensive sales and rapport building skills

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach

Full and clean UK driving license
