Customer Insight Analyst
Our client is a creative digital business who have recently developed an innovative and exciting project within the health, well-being and mobility sector. The project is designed to help people and communities and stimulate community participation. Our client is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst who will plan, design and carry out analysis / research activities that will help them and its software development partners to gain a deeper understanding of the people, community and issues and translate these into requirements for the development teams to expand upon.
Please note: You will need to be a driver, as you will be required to spend at least one day a week at locations within an hour's drive of the main office.
??Help define target user groups for analysis / research activities
??Planning, designing and carrying out research activities with users in the community that will assist with the development of the new software.
??Gain a deeper understanding of the people and communities involved in the project and the variety and scope of their needs
??Interface with key stakeholders
??Help capture user stories
??Implement and manage the user research
??Continually refine requirements based upon user needs and transmit these to the creative design team to help with design refinements
??Conduct regular reviews with the development teams
??A strong communicator - comfortable working with people at all levels
??Able to present clear findings that colleagues can understand and use
??Strong research skills and experience
??Positive and friendly with a team player approach
This is a great opportunity for a Customer Insight Analyst to join an interesting and varied business and to get fully involved in exciting and innovative projects.
This role is full time 35 hours a week, worked between the core business hours Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6.00pm, the company offers 25 days holiday + holiday purchase scheme, 5% pension contribution, Summer Hours and other yearly initiatives.The company has a very friendly working culture and their Employee Voice team frequently arranges social and fundraising activities.There will be flexibility with the role to also allow homeworking where appropriate.
