Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading, well established organisation in Worcester to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to join their growing finance team.

As Purchasing Administrator you will work within the finance team and be responsible for the following:

* Raising purchase orders for a number of teams

* Obtaining quotations and check pricing

* Pro actively alert Sales/Finance of significant supplier pricing changes

* Processing purchase orders using an in house system

* Deal with Returns and associated supplier credits

* Deal with employee car hire bookings

* Assist with purchase of Capital items

* Raise Purchase Requisitions

* Point of contact for supplier queries

* Maintain Supplier contacts list -update latest/new/additional contacts

* Act as a point of contact for the Finance team- answering phones and taking accurate messages

This role would be a great start to a career in finance and with a company who really value individuality and passion. The ideal person will have the following:

* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above

* Ability to work under pressure

* Methodical and organised

* Able to prioritise several tasks

* Good interpersonal skills (written, telephone and face to face)

* Numerate

* Good keyboard skills, together with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

This would suit some who has worked within an admin role and wants to progress into finance.
