A well established and leading UK manufacturer is presently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to assist with the current commercial operation.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• To promote the company, its complete product range and services, through effective marketing, prospecting and direct sales.
•To identify the customers' requirements and to provide the optimum solutions both technically and commercially.
•You will ensure that your enquiries and orders are processed in a timely manner to give an efficient flow through to production and contract completion.
•To ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
•To achieve an acceptable level of profitable sales. Future targets will be discussed and agreed.
•To work with and assist the other Sales Team Members to develop further business.
•To improve the efficiency and productivity within the Sales Department through the implementation of better operating systems, new documentation and procedures.
•To assist in the introduction and development of future products and services.
•To liaise with your customers and colleagues, as and when necessary, to ensure that your contracts are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
•To develop the relationship with our Customers in order help secure any future business.
•To perform any task, as required, that is within your capability.

Candidates from a manufacturing or construction background would be ideal but all disciplines will be considered.

Located in Telford this position is commutable from Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury and surrounding areas.
