We are currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warwick with immediate effect.

Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
Pay: GBP15.38
Contract: Temporary (ongoing)

Key competencies for this role include:
" Proven skills in processing start to finish monthly payroll activities
" Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
" A working knowledge of UK employment law
" Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
" Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Areas of Responsibility:
" Be able to work as a Stand-Alone Payroll in a fast-paced environment, managing Payroll for 500+ employees.
" Responsible and accountable for the daily payroll administration.
" Processing year end returns P35, P14, P60 and the production of P11Ds.
" Calculation monthly SMP, SSP, SPP and other payments.
" Entering and tracking employee allowances, car allowance and company cars
" Assisting with expenses processing and ensuring company policy is adhered to. Checking and posting all employees monthly expenses are paid as per the approved claim on SAP
" Documentation processing of Inland Revenue and other Government agencies.
" Processing quarterly commission/bonus payments.
" Ensure all monthly payments are made.
" Month-end activities, to include:
1. Payroll journals
2. Childcare vouchers
3. Pension (auto enrolment)
4. PAYE payments
5. Clearing employees accounts on SAP
6. Compliance task lists
" Action of end to end HR/Payroll processes for employee new starters, leavers, and salary changes
" Handling all administration for employee benefits, including dealing with insurance companies, pensions, private health, Union subs, medical/health schemes and Pay slips
