My client are a very successful window and door manufacturer and installer, based in the Midlands, looking for a Commercial Contract Manager.
Responsibilities of the Contract Manager include the financial monitoring and control of the contracts, ensuring Health & Safety and Quality compliance is maintained and the company's procedures and objectives are achieved. Applicants will manage commercial contract procedures through all internal departments of the business. Ensuring projects are delivered on time to client's satisfaction and achieve continued success to aid in the growth of the Commercial division of the company.
Candidates must have the ability to diagnose and remedy basic window and door product faults and quality issues both off site for customers and internally. Have an understanding of or qualified in contract law and possess a CSCS card.
