Customer Service/Logistics Administrator - Coventry

Salary: GBP16,386

Duration: Fixed-Term Contract (6-9 Months)

Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30-17:00)

We are seeking a pro-active and organised individual, experienced in Customer Service, Administration and Logistics, to join an award-winning organisation as a Customer Service and Logistics Administrator. You will have exceptional communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet targets and deadlines and have a good knowledge of MS office.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Liaising with drivers and couriers regarding collections and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support by updating files and databases
  • Creating and issuing reports

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous/relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience working to meet targets and deadlines
