Position: Strategic Partnership Manager - Development
Location: National role with overnight stay required
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: GBP42,000 to GBP50,000 (DOE) plus benefits
About the role:
Our client has a new opportunity for a Strategic Partnership Manager - Development who will be responsible for helping drive network growth of the Group through the recruitment of new Clients, Partners and Franchisees for their Family of Brands.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Director to identify new Clients
- Select, shortlist & recommend new Clients for NOSL to help deliver against the overall growth plan
- Own the end to end process for signing new deals with new Clients
- Support the growth plans of NOSL Networking & Stakeholder management
- Enable the multi brand growth plan of NOSL
- Exploit all routes to market such as cold-calling, trade shows and networking Conduct due diligence with prospective Clients and work with the Client Services Director and Strategic Partnerships Director to get agreements signed Build proactive and positive internal stakeholder relationships
About you:
- Effective communication, strong negotiator
- Planning, organising and decision making
- Comfortable selling in Board Rooms, calm and resilient under pressure
- Previously worked in an established multi-site and multibrand business, with either a management agreement or franchise model
- Proven success in selling the products and services of NOSL in the external market or similar environment
- Delivery of an aggressive business plan
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Innate ability to influence people and comfort in dealing with high profile decision makers - Board level executives and high net worth individuals
- Competent and comfortable making recommendations, evaluating options and considering long-term consequences
- Highest level of commercial acumen and integrity
