Seeking an experienced interim HR BP to be based in the Bedworth / Coventry area to work with the Senior Leadership Team, managing complex ER issues such as restructuring, organisational design, Redundancy, TUPE, site consolidation, TPerformance, Engagement, Talent/Succession and Diversity & Inclusion!

Interim HR Business Partner

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development plans and the development of competence
  • Create and maintain succession plans for the teams and key risk areas
  • Manage the development and retention of identified high potential employees
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to review role profiles, agree strategy and assist with key hires
  • Maximise employee engagement by understanding the key issues and by deploying plans to address the key issues
  • Support managers and assist in the case management of short and longer term planed or unplanned absences
  • Work collaboratively with managers to diagnose individual and departmental performance issues and deliver HR initiatives to resolve
  • Assist managers in making organization changes and managing redundancies as appropriate

Interim HR Business Partner

  • The sucessful candidate will have experience working as a Senior HR Business Partner and be familiar with working with a senior leadership team
  • Your experience will be in supporting Group Corporate Functions such as HR, IT or Finance etc

The successful candidate will have experience of working for a large UK or global organisation; ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background although not essential
