Post room administrator
My client based in Bromsgrove are looking for an experienced post room administrator to join their team.
- Opening, sorting and scanning post into relevant files for IFAs and Administrators.
- Filing of post after processing
- Photocopying/scanning general correspondence.
- Franking of out-going mail
- Monitoring of incoming faxes and distribution
- Investment report printing, binding and despatch
- HR document printing and bindery
- account management
- Managing and maintaining IFAs stationery.
- Ensuring adequate stocks of general stationery including supply of toners for photocopiers.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries as appropriate.
- Responding to any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the firm.
