SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Experienced E Commerce Administrator for our client based in Southam. The role is paying up to GBP19,500 dependent on experience.
You will be responsible for providing support to Online Customers and reporting the the E Commerce manager.
- Processing orders
- Responding to customer quires
- Coordinating with other department regarding ad hoc Administration
- Ensure the smooth operation of online B2B processes
- Dealing with enquiries
- Delivering good communication with customers
- Liaise with other staff members across departments
- Using the in house system when processing the orders
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
- Experience using the Microsoft Office package
- Be able to work well within a team
- Enjoy selling and developing new business
- Good IT skills
- Excellent written English - spelling and grammar
The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30 with 30 minutes lunch as well as 1 in 3 (more like 1 in 4) Saturdays 8.30 - 12.30.
