Experienced Service / Building Services - Operations Manager required in Warwickshire, to GBP70k plus Excellent Benefits package.
Our client is an award winning National Service provider which has grown steadily year on year. Due to further growth plans they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage the business operations.
Reporting to the Managing Director the role will include the following responsibilities:
* As the Operations Manager you will Manage the day to day productivity of 70+ field service technicians
* Achieve monthly productivity targets
* Provide daily reporting to the senior management team
* Ensure all works are attended to within customer SLAs
* Drive the engagement of all employees.
* Ensure processes are compliant with company procedures.
* Maintain an accurate reporting of stock, escalate stock control issues.
* Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all aspects of the service team.
* Ensures the highest quality customer service is delivered in an efficient manner.
* Ensure client portals are updated with all events.
* Evaluate processes, client data and trends to identify process improvements.
* Monitor quality assurance and productivity.
* Adhere to an annual budget that utilizes available resources while maintaining client performance standards and company profit guidelines.
* Analysis of engineer performance trends and reporting to senior leadership team
* Provide recommendations to reduce and/or eliminate issues that impact service quality.
* Maximize profit and control costs within agreed budget levels
* Maintain and develop key operational relations with other departments to ensure smooth running of business
Required Experience:
* As the Operations Manager you will ideally have a background and experience in Service Industry / Building Services - operations environment.
* Strong background of data analysis
* Able to clearly demonstrate experience of leading and achieving results.
* Experience of working within a target driven service or manufacturing/production environment
Skills & Knowledge:
* Proven skills with excellent leadership credentials
* Good communication skills
* People Management experience, team building and teamwork, collaboration, initiative and problem-solving skills are essential to this role.
* PC Literate with analysis skills
