A busy, growing manufacturing company based in Alcester, are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

This is a temporary position which will be made permanent for the right candidate.

Working hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8.30-5

Early finish on a Friday:(phone number removed)

Rate of pay:

GBP8.65 - GBP9.13 p/hr

If you are successful, your duties will include:

* Utilising and updating of the CRM system on a daily basis.

* Ensure that all jobs & PPM are scheduled as per customer requirements on time.

* Ensure all engineers have jobs allocated each day to the PDA System.

* Communicate well with customers, engineers and team.

* Provide support for the all engineers with part and job requirements.

* Organising parts go out to site for works to be completed.

* Achieving customers SLA's by utilising resources & equipment.

* Building Solid relationships with customers and gaining their trust.

* Resolving customer complaints effectively.

* Communicating any issues with management team clearly and concisely.

* Maintaining a sound understanding and adhere to the companies 'Code of Conduct and policies'.

* Promoting a hardworking, successful and pleasant team environment.

* Conduct calls to existing & new customers to generate potential part/service/machine leads.

* Ensure all jobs are followed up with quotations where necessary.

* Follow quotations up within 48 hours of being sent and until PO received/declined.

* Ensuring that the all jobs and live quotes have valid order numbers prior to commencing.

* Support Sales & Service Manager in ensuring that all new and renewed Service contracts are validated and processed in time and cost analysis completed.

* Ensure monthly service targets are achieved/exceeded and issues preventing are communicated to management.

* Ensure that all monthly/annual departmental jobs and KPI's are completed on time, and queries are all closed off.

* Ensure that planning of all Service visits, breakdowns and quoted jobs onto the CRM system utilising all resource efficiently.

* Support in the planning of installations.

Experience, Skills & Qualities:

* Customer service skills

* Flexible approach

* Professional approach

* Computer literate

* Sales experience would be advantageous
