A Telford based secondary school is looking to recruit a qualified Psychology Teacher to enrich the learning and development of their KS5 students. The school is looking for a Psychology Teacher who is able to create engaging and innovative lesson plans, demonstrate effective teaching practices and strong behaviour management skills. The role also may require the successful teacher to teach Citizenship and PSHE up to KS4 students and PSHE and R.E. up to KS3.

The position is full-time for the first term and will include planning and assessment, under the guidance of the Head of Department. There is also the potential for a permanent contract.

The ideal teacher would need to have had the following:

Experience in teaching Psychology from KS3 - KS5
Over 2 years' experience in working in a mainstream environment
Ability to shape and develop a department
Management skills
