Veterinary Administrator Assistant - Hereford - Monday to Friday - GBP9.50ph

Hales are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join their successful client located in Lincoln.

Primary Responsibilities:

Your primary role is to provide Administration support to the Veterinary Team.
You will be required to liaise with customers and will be a point of contact for customer enquiries and respond to any customer enquiry in a helpful, timely and professional manner.
General office duties including answering phones, assisting other departments or providing cover required due to holidays and sickness absence.
Undertake local vet admin tasks assigned by Senior Vet Administrator.
Managing Medication Stores and arranging stock replenishments.
Entering PCR and Serology results.
Supply chain management - vaccine orders for farms where required.
Up keep/cleaning of office, PM room, lab and storage areas.
Deal effectively with customer complaints and enquiries as per Practice policy recording all instances in the system.
Maintenance of an accurate database and other Master Product Database as laid down by Practice.
Assist in basic laboratory work as required.
Secondary Responsibilities:

To actively promote the Practice's products and services to build long term sustainable client relationships.
Provide support for Purchase order processing and Sales order processing.
You need to maintain your filing records system and the filing of the Practice record that you are maintaining.
To record, file, scan and perform general administration duties.
To attend any and all relevant training as required.
To chase payment in conjunction with the Accounts department if required.
Other tasks determined by the Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate will have good attention to detail, be well organised and have excellent time keeping skills. An undertsanding of various Microsoft packages such as Excel and good numeracy skills.
