Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading Digital Agency based in Birmingham City Centre.

LOCATION: Birmingham City Centre, commutable from 50 miles within an hour.
We require an experienced and outgoing Business Development Manager to work within a growing digital agency, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be converting leads and generating a new client base for the agency. You'll be required to work closely with new and existing clients, immersing yourself in their business strategy, to best sell the companies services and skills to the client's requirements.
Therefore, this role will require an experienced, ambitious and driven individual, with a background of working within a digital agency, willing to jump into a role that will be demanding, but highly rewarding. You will need to be confident and lead on client pitches, working closely with internal teams to create long-term digital solutions and to build long standing relationships with clients. Due to the nature of the services that this agency provides this role will also demand a knowledge and interest in technology and innovation, to ensure an honest and authentic relationship is built with clients.

- Track record of winning new business partnerships
- Commercial experience within digital agencies, including marketing or Product development
- Clear, effective and decisive communication, both written and verbal
- Comfortable maintaining strong contact with clients
- Exposure to sectors: retail, travel, financial services and utilities
- Interest for technology and innovation
- Been a part of a start-up culture
- Awards at an individual level or business level
- Exposure to Project management methodologies: Lean, Agile and Waterfall
The company are providing GBP60,000 for the right candidate, whilst offering the opportunity to build and grow with an innovative software company. They also provide 20 days holiday rising to 25 days, plus bank holidays, with a Christmas shutdown and birthday off. Furthermore, they offer flexible working hours, with the ability to work remotely.
