Are you an experienced Business Development Manager in the Health & Social Care sector?
Our client wants you to join their team based in Tyne & Wear. This is an established, independent and growing business offering recruitment solutions to Health & Social Care providers. They work to the highest standards and are suitably proud of the care and integrity which underpins their ethos.
This is a 'warm desk' but you will be expected to expand the client base, providing Temps and Perms solutions.
There are Account Managers in place.
You will:
  • demonstrate recruitment business development experience
  • show sound candidate/client relationship building attributes
  • work well in a team environment, highly motivated, driving forward
Salary: highly competitive DOE + car allowance and bonus package

Referral scheme: You could also earn GBP300 by referring someone else for the role. If they are successfully placed in the role, we will pay you GBP300 when that person has successfully completed their probation period. What could be simpler?
