Trade Parts Team in Hereford are part of the successful Volkswagen team within Vertu Motors. We offer an ultimate experience delivering Volkswagen Group Genuine Parts to our Trade customers. We are recruiting a Parts Sales Executive Executive to join our Hereford site. We have a great team on site who develop and maintain long term relationships with customers, and provide them with expert knowledge, advice and support.

About the Role

This role is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. Key Responsibilities • Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements • Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set • Identify and maximise all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures • Maintain own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc. • Training to understand the Unique Selling Proposition of the TPS brand, the "Features and Benefits" of the TPS product range especially the genuine v non-genuine aspect, and how to overcome sales objections • Achieving personal target KPI's and revenue objectives with target customer sets • Record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager

About You

You will be an integral member of the aftersales team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a parts or distribution operation involving regular telephone contact with retail or trade customers or experience of selling in a fast paced and/or telesales environment. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis. You will build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact with them, providing a high level of service and review of their accounts.
