A role offering extraordinary scope, potential and autonomy - reporting to the Commercial Director.
You will help set up and open a Birmingham office with a view to potentially helping to manage the UK business.
Initially you will be very hands on, winning new clients and selling highly complex and technical solutions. This role can grow into managing a technical sales team and sales application engineers, developing and implementing a national sales strategy, building upon existing relationships and establishing new ones - selling to distributors, OEMs, installers and end user customers.
Key task - To achieve realistic revenue, margin and product mix objectives.
Well established, highly thought of market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of innovative, technically superior Industrial Automation and electro mechanical products and systems for a prestigious portfolio of national and international customers.
Keen to build upon their considerable investment in new products/technologies and capitalise on significant new market opportunities they are looking to appoint a high calibre, ambitious Sales professional to join their national sales team and help drive them through a period of tremendous opportunity and growth.
A polished and ambitious sales professional, with experience of selling Industrial Automation or electro mechanical products to distributors, OEMs and end user customers. Any experience of capital equipment or materials handling will be beneficial but not essential.
