Continued demand for our services has created an exciting career opportunity for a Client Liaison Manager to join our team at our Birmingham offices .
The Role
The Client Liaison Manager will identify and manage opportunities, build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and ensure that customer's expectations are exceeded. The role is also aimed at managing the on-boarding of any new customers, the retention and growth of all customer accounts, and the support of any new business projects.
We are looking for an Account Manager join our dedicated print management company . Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to providing service excellence at every opportunity.
The candidate will work closely with the onsite Printroom Manager and Client Services Manager by understanding the clients business and seeking out opportunities such as client projects and events that do form part of the onsite print room work profile.
The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude and be able to work on their own, this includes but is not limited to meeting with client to understand all of their print projects, client marketing events and campaigns needs and offering solutions.
The candidate will ensure that all work is produced to the highest quality and completed on time.
Role Summary
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key client contacts in all working departments to ensure the smooth running of all work allocated and received.
Establish quality standards, review services and create opportunities to improve and develop the reprographics room capabilities.
Build strong meaningful relationships with key stake holders within the clients environment
Meet daily with the onsite client teams and be seen as the go to representative for M2 MDS onsite
Promote the SCC MDS business an it services proactively to all new as well as existing customers
Person Specification
* Working knowledge reprographics and scanning
* Significant experience in customer service including direct customer contact and query resolution experience
* Demonstrate excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills
* Demonstrate the ability to remain calm, tolerant and professional in a stressful and demanding environment
* Ability to deal with disappointed customers
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Numerate / able to produce statistics and business reports for internal and external use
* Self-confident
* Excel, Word and Outlook
