Chef De Partie required for brand new family orientated pub restaurant. As a committed member of our team you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with preparation of fresh vegetables and cooking fresh food to order confidently covering approximately 180 covers a day. You will

Be willing to learn
Have the desire for progression
Have strong abilities to work under pressure
Be willing to work approx 48-50 hours a week on a rota system including evenings and weekends
Preferably have your own transport due to the location and lack of public transport
Ideally have your own Chef Whites & Knives
