An immediate temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader with Scheduling experience for a Midlands based specialist Repairs and Maintenance contractor.

Following the acquisition of a number of social housing repairs and refurbishment contracts, they are now seeking a Team Leader for their small scheduling team.

The Role

• You will be able to work well under pressure
• Assist new and existing customers with their repairs enquiries
• Monitor and manage the engineers diaries to ensure all repairs are attended and completed within the required timescales

About You

To be successful in the role as a Scheduler Team Lead you will:
• Have experience within a similar type role, such as: repairs scheduling or high level, fast paced customer service environments
• A background within a housing or contractor setting would be advantageous
• The desire to consistently provide excellent customer service
• First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
• An understanding of responsive repairs contracts and what constitutes an excellent service

• The successful team leader will demonstrate the ability to make an immediate impact and in return for your efforts the organisation will seek to provide a long term position within the organisation
• Paying up to GBP14.60 per hour
• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Weekly payments every Friday
