Reports to - Group Payroll Manager

Salary - Competitive Renumeration Package

About the role

Working within the Group HR function, this role will support the Group Payroll Manager in implementing and improving the current Fleet Management journey for our internal stakeholders, maximising fleet efficiency and delivery.

We have a large fleet consisting of circa 450 vehicles comprising of HGV's, LGV's and Company Cars.

The Group has an appointed 3rd Party Fleet Management Provider to assist with our compliance, risk management and driver obligations for the fleet.

The Fleet Admin Coordinator, will coordinate the Epwin Group Vehicle Fleet in line with company policies and procedures in partnership with our 3rd party Fleet Management Provider and Internal Stakeholders.

Supporting company vehicle drivers in areas such as company car schemes, Accident and Risk Management and vehicle ordering administration.

You will provide the business and statutory bodies with accurate and timely reporting of fleet information including claims data in support of improvement plans to reduce risk.

What you'll do

* Provide guidance, support and a high level of service to our driver population

* Ensure drivers adhere to the Epwin Group driving at work policy

* Ensure all policies are reviewed and streamlined in a timely manner

* Work closely with our 3rd Party Fleet Provider to provide a smooth and efficient experience for drivers, new employees and those leaving the business via the driver's portal

* Continually reviewing the fleet to ensure best utilisation of unallocated vehicles to reduce hire costs

* Monitor and support the Accident Management process in line with policy and our Risk Management strategy

* Review industry and legislation changes and the possible impact on the business

* P46 and P11d reporting

* Efficient and timely coordination of vehicle ordering process in line with group policy

What will you need?

The ideal candidate background and skills needed:

* Experience in a similar role

* Commercially aware with a proven track record of good project management

* Have a proven track record of advising and supporting stakeholders within area of responsibility

* Demonstrate a proactive and forward-thinking attitude with the ability to spot future challenges and take appropriate action.

* Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages (particularly Excel)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence decisions.

* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to forward plan in the medium and long-term with the ability to deliver strong results to demanding deadlines.
