Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to work at one of the UK's fastest growing accountancy practices with over 2500 staff in over 80 locations.

As a Receptionist/Administrator you will be the first point of contact to greet their callers and visitors to the business. This is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy talking to people and providing a first class, professional customer service.
You will be based in Leamington Spa and your working hours will be Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 2.30pm and Friday 9.30am - 1.30pm, however these hours are flexible as long as the role is covered for 24 hours a week.

The duties of the Receptionist/Administrator will be:

Being first point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office
Assisting with ad hoc administration as required
Ensuring that the reception area is professionally presented at all times
Ordering stationary and other office supplies
Managing the meeting room calendar and requests
Taking payments from clients in person and over the phone
Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for each meeting
Copy typing
Compiling reports for senior partners
The ideal Receptionist/Administrator in Leamington Spa will have:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Confidence to speak on the telephone
Attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
IT Literacy
Experience of copy typing
The salary for this is GBP17,076 pro rata'd to 23.5 hours a week which works out at GBP10,032 per annum.
