Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant to cover a 9 month fixed term contract for one of our legal client in the Birmingham City Centre.

Main duties to include:

Receiving, sorting and dispatching deliveries, cheques, legal and other company mail between offices.
Moving boxes, files and other items both around and between the two offices.
High volume copying, binding, scanning, collating and laminating of legal documentation as well as CD creations and copying to include electronic bibles.
Working to customer set time lines ensuring all relevant documents are quality checked and printed, both in house and by external providers.
Handling stock of relevant office supplies.
Ensuring the office space is tidy, furniture maintained and aiding in the set up for upcoming client meetings and seminars.
Producing staff security passes and maintaining facility records, reports and files.
Assisting in office health and safety such as fire safety, DSE assessments, office tours and hazard spotting as directed by the Assistant Facilities manager.The Requirements:

GCSE or equivalent, including both Maths and English.
Relevant experience in both a facilities department within a professional environment and a customer service based role.
To be Detail conscious, self-directed and have flexibility in both attitude, working hours and responsive to any changing business demands.
