Team Administrator in Property
A professional property management business based in Birmingham city centre is seeking a dynamic Team Administrator to act as integral support within the office. Much more than your average TA role, you will be responsible for assisting the surveyors, client accountants and facilities managers. As both a spokesperson and brand ambassador, it will be up to you to provide a first class client service.
The role will involve managing busy team diaries, arranging internal and external meetings, identifying and implementing new projects to improve performance, answering an array of telephone queries, updating property databases and procuring reports to circulate, setting up inspections and valuations, attending meetings and taking notes and editing documents for client use.
This is a hands-on position that will require flexibility and adaptability. You must be willing to get stuck in, roll your sleeves up and take ownership for administrative duties across the team.
Ideally, you will have some property experience behind you. Alongside this, the business is looking for a strong organiser with a warm and positive demeanour with excellent admin experience.
