Excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a small but growing sales team. This business requires someone with superb organisational skills in order to support this busy and growing part of our business.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar sales administration role. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a have a flexible but confident approach to your work.
You will have the ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks while providing high quality customer service to their customers. The ability to grasp technical terminology and understanding will be a distinct advantage.

What you'll get to do:
"Process orders accurately and in line with internal procedures
"Efficiently deal with telephone and email enquiries, providing the high quality of service that is expected
"Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers
"Provide key sales data as required
"Contribute to the development and improvement of internal sales processes and procedures
"Undertake any additional tasks as requested by your line manager or any other members of the Senior Management team.

What you'll need to succeed:
"Impeccable written and spoken English
"Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate in a relaxed and friendly yet professional way
"Comfortable speaking to customers and potential customers on the phone
"Good attention to detail
"Excellent time-keeping and time management
"Ability to stay calm under pressure
"Experience working with a busy email inbox and knowledge of CRM systems
"Good knowledge of MS Office products

You might also have:
"Knowledge of the energy industry and/or farming and agriculture sector
"Experience of proof reading and advanced MS Word skills
