Team Administrator for National Property Business
A fantastic city centre property company is looking for a proactive individual to offer team support across the function. Working within this fast-paced industry, you will be required to add value to the business through administrative support and understand the wider business structure. You will be responsible for the following:
- Expert management of diaries and appointments ensuring lunches and hotels are booked and client appointments take priority
- Utilisation of in-house systems including electronic filing and client databases in order to ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients via telephone and email including occasional cover of reception
- Assistance with specific team projects including use of databases, production of documents, reports and presentations and attendance of all relevant meetings
You will not be limited to the above listed tasks so must be adaptable to a changing workload and environment. You must possess existing professional experience and a demonstrable experience prioritising your tasks and working effectively within a team.
