A new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work for rapidly expanding spare parts company has become available within Brownhills. THE JOB ROLEbrief of duties

  • Accurate processing of customer orders received via telephone, fax and email
  • Answering the telephone promptly in a professional and friendly manner
  • Generating additional sales by offering customers additional or complementary products when placing orders
  • Responding to customer service enquiries professionally and in a timely manner
  • Handling customer complaints courteously and professionally
  • Up to GBP19,514 depending on experience, 12 week temporary to Permanent contract , Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 5.30PM (42.5 hour week)

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

  • At least 2 years experience working within customer service or as part of an internal sales team is essential
  • Demonstrate a professional telephone manner
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboard skills
