Based in Central Birmingham this is a Part-time role 1 day per week.
Your duties will include
- Provide secretarial /administration support to the Director
- Facilities Management
- Co-ordination of staff events
- Ordering of Stationery
- Arranging and confirming travel /hotel requirements for the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
- Validation and approval of Purchase Orders raised and submitted by other team members
- Collating and submitting expense claims
- Any other Ah-hoc duties
The ideal person will have the following
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Will on help a PA / Office Administrator role before
- A high degree of computer literacy working with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Attention to detail
- We are flexible of hours or days for this role
