Export Sales Administrator
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Export Sales Administrator to join our distribution client in Stoke on Trent. This is a varied role, reporting into the Sales Manager, supporting the existing teams. This position has come about due to expansion and requires an enthusiastic person to take up a new role within the Sales department.
In your role as Export Sales Administrator you will be supporting the existing team and manage the following tasks:
- Estimating and Quotations
- Order processing and loading orders onto the system
- Preparing despatch notes and other administration duties
- Answering the telephone in a timely manner
- Supporting the sales team with various tasks
You must be Fluent in French and/or German. Administration experience is essential.
Excellent telephone manner and good communicator, Excel skills are essential also.
