SF Recruitment are working with an industrial tooling company based in the Kidderminster area. They require 2 Sales Office Administrators on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.

Day to day activity :

- Research potential prospects
- Supporting the Sales Team with Admin
- Some internal account management
- Data entry and some data control required
- Complaint raising when required
- Managing CRM systems
- Managing diaries for Sales Team
- Supporting the external sales team as and when required
- Proactive team working throughout all departments

Required Skills:

- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Navigation
- Good Microsoft office skills in particular excel and use of outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including a good telephone manner
- Ability to work as an individual as well as within a fast paced and driven team
