As an Analyst, you'll look closely at the detail of how our business is run and how we're performing. It's about using the information we have for financial planning and seeing first-hand the impact you're making to our success. We do things our own way at Aldi. Salary: GBP45,585 rising to GBP52,510

We are now looking to recruit a Technical Payroll Analyst to join our busy Corporate Administration Team in Head Office.

Responsibilities / Duties
• Managing and participating in payroll related projects e.g. Gender Pay Gap Reporting and Electronic Personnel Files
• Comprehensive and complex reporting - both within ResourceLink Reporting Services and Excel
• Participation in workshops for new systems, functionality and process changes
• Production of formal Bulletins and Memos to the business regarding system administration changes made to the payroll system
• System security checks / data archiving
• Salary overpayment reporting and analysis
• Defining and documenting new processes and procedures
• Financial modelling and forecasting to support the annual salary review
• System design - creation of pay elements, salary sacrifice schemes, costing configuration
• Supporting Workday HR implementation project
• Pensions - Auto Re-enrolment and certification

Desirable Experience / Background / Personal Attributes
• Managing (or significant role in) HR/ERP projects
• System Administration experience
• Confident working with large data sets
• Conversant with data interfaces and mass data imports into a critical live system
• Good understanding of release management (using test and live environments)
• Work under pressure
