Sales Administrator:

We are recruiting on behalf of our Ludlow based client for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The salary being offered for this role is GBP20-GBP23K per annum (depending on experience)

Experienced and highly efficient Sales Administrator required for busy office in Ludlow.

Main responsibilities:

-Work alongside colleagues in the Sales Team providing quotations and pricing information to customers
-Processing customers orders and working to strict deadlines
-Assisting customers with website ordering
-Handling incoming calls and webchats for the Sales Department (purely reactive)
-Maintain customer databases and update regularly
-Compile sales order pack requests for customers ready to be emailed
-Compile relevant weekly and monthly reports for the Sales Manager
-Liaising with customers and suppliers

Ideal candidate:

-Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
-Good telephone manner
-Must be standards driven and detail-orientated
-Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
-Have a strong administrative and organisational background
-IT literate with experience of databases and MS Office
-Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
-A committed team player
