Elite Care People are seeking to recruit a Peripatetic Home Manager for a national specialist healthcare provider in the Hereford area. You will be working within a service for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.
As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for site leadership where a service is currently without permanent management. You will be required to manage people and resources to ensure high quality standards of care and service are delivered to regulatory, contractual and company standards. You will provide support to existing Home Managers in day to day operations ensuring that the service meets the organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal and regulatory requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Extensive travel and overnight stays will be required. The role may require you to be based at a site full time for an undefined period, meaning staying away from home throughout the week is likely to be required. While this may be within an allocated region, business need may dictate deployment to any site nationwide as required.
We are looking to speak with experienced Service/Home Managers who have a proven track record of quality care from previous inspections alongside extensive social care leadership experience. If you're looking for a challenging role where you can truly make a difference, this is the job for you!
Successful candidates will be offered GBP42,500 per annum + car allowance alongside a host of benefits.
