Business Development Consultant- IT Recruitment (Projects)
Three60 Search are recruiting on behalf of one of Birmingham's fastest growing IT Recruitment consultancies, with an interesting back story, propelling their reputation as experts in their field.
Starting out as an IT Solutions provider, our client established their recruitment function a few years ago now, initially serving the internal recruitment needs of the business; later expanding into external recruitment relationships with some incredible blue chip organisations and SMEs.
After seeing huge success and growth over the past couple of years- winning managed business with some of the largest names in technology; our client is now looking to grow their team further, with the addition of a talented Business Developer.
The new hire will join with a slightly different focus than most BDMs: with a large number of highly skilled candidates exclusive to the business, your time will be well spent researching the market, staying abreast of new projects, networking with prospective new clients, generating and converting leads, pipe-lining, forecasting and remaining very service led in your role.
For each new client brought on and successfully serviced by account managers/ consultants, you will work to a 65%/35% split fee structure and will qualify for 20% bonus on everything billed!
I am looking for:
- a minimum of 2-3 years in a sales led IT recruitment role, with a proven track record in winning new business
- strong relationship builder
- excellent research and conversion skills

Salary potentially negotiable dependent on prior experience and success: realistic bracket of up to GBP40,000 base
