The Senior Account Manager role will provide support to ateam with in London Investment Management.The role has direct responsibility for all non-investment related elements of the client relationship in order to deliver excellent client service to their clients. In addition to carrying out tasks of an Account Manager, he/shewillfocusonbuildingclientrelationshipsaswellasstrongrelationshipsacrossthebusiness.


Key Responsibilities:

In addition to the duties of an Account Manager;

  • Work closely with the other business are as suc has Operations and Compliance to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Action payment requests toclients
  • Dealwithdaytodayclientqueriesbyphoneandemail,deliveringexcellentclientservice
  • Manage client on-boarding process from first contact tosign-up
  • Actionaccountopeningandclosingactivities,ISAsubscriptionsandtransfersin/out/internal
  • Responsibility for client static data on allsystems
  • Overseeing suitability duedates
  • Attend new client meetings with the Investment Manager asappropriate
  • Action third party requests forinformation
  • Engageconfidentlyandaccuratelyandinlinewithcurrentindustryregulationswithbothinternal and externalclients
  • Ensure client reporting and fee processes deadlines aremet

Skills, Experience, and Behaviours:

Ideally someone with c. 5 years experience in wealth management to include client service with private clients and confident to speak to and be in front of clients.

  • Working towards already or an interes tin the Investment Operations Certificate(IOC)or Investment Management Certificate(IMC)

A strong ethic of client/customerservice
