The Role:

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy HR team to contribute to the excellent service provision and HR support to the Group.

You will be required to support with all comprehensive administrative tasks including Recruitment, New Starter and Occupational Health processes, letter writing, collating and recording information and analysing data for statistical reporting including sickness and turnover.

What you will need:

The successful applicant must hold a minimum of two GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade A to C) along with an NVQ in Business Administration or a relevant Administration Qualification.

Proven experience of undertaking administrative tasks as well as experience in using all Microsoft packages is essential. Although this role will be supporting the HR function, previous experience working within a HR team is not essential.

As you will play a leading role in supporting the HR function you must be organised, methodical, be able to plan, prioritise and multi task a variety of administrative tasks accurately, meeting all required deadlines.

Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with a requirement to maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times.

You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our customers and other colleagues in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our Employees.
