Service Desk Coordinator

Bromsgrove • £20,000 - £23,000 DOE • Permanent • Full Time

A global brand within the automotive sector is now looking to expand within their Service department.

The service desk Coordinator day to day duties will be:
  • Full admin duties within the service centre
  • Responding to head office queries
  • Ensuring warranty administration is up to date
  • Ensuring service administration is up to date
  • Assisting with finance administration
  • Liaise with third party suppliers/repairers
  • Ownership for invoicing for production activity
  • Maintain stock sheet for complete goods
  • Administration of departmental KPI's
  • Develop and maintain working relations with suppliers
  • Completion of product-related invoicing on a daily basis

The required skills and experience for our Service Desk Coordinator will be:
  • To be fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • To attend relevant training courses, this may involve overnight stay(s)
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Good planning and prioritising skills
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Working knowledge of processes such as sales order / invoicing
  • Willing to travel in UK and abroad
  • Valid Driving Licence

The Service Desk Coordinator will receive:
  • Free parking
