An excellent opportunity has arisen within a well-establish legal software firm, Select Legal. They are currently seeking a Case Management Software Trainer to join part of their growing team. They have seen some exciting growth over the last year, going well over their targets, which is why they are looking to add to their team with this position.

Their main product is a Case Management System and CRM system they use with over 300 clients nationally. It is very important to them that each client goes through a smooth process when implementing these systems and training their teams on the Case Management System, it will be part of your role to ensure this happens.

As the Case Management Software Trainer, you will be responsible for:

* Providing support, training and delivery of the flagship Law Fusion software to clients nationwide

* Pro-active approach in ensuring Law Fusion continues to evolve to meet the needs of the market

* Co-ordinate the training requirements for the clients

* Provide consultancy services to clients that require data conversation from third party PMS Systems to Law Fusion

* Maintaining a very high standard of client care

To be the successful Case Management Software Trainer, you must have:

* Excellent training and Microsoft Office skills

* Knowledge of Legal Software used in Law Firms would be advantageous (Full training provided)

* A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or above, but ideally a graduate of an IT related degree

* Strong client care and communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Self-motivating and good with prioritisation and time management

* Understanding of legal practices advantageous

* Excellent understanding of IT systems including Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office

* A full driving licence and your own transport (travel expenses paid) and have a flexible approach to travel

This role involves nationwide travel to support our clients in their use of legal software, working on-site providing training and consultancy as well as from home remotely and our Hessle Office. It is desirable you have a legal background with systems knowledge and an ability to inspire the next generation of system users.
