Client Relationship Manager
We are currently working with one of the fastest growing pension's consultancy in the UK who due to ongoing developments now have the rare opportunity to offer to market a Client Relationship Management role. This can be based out of their Berkshire, Bristol or Birmingham offices.
This interesting and progressive role will see you play a pivotal part in acting as the lead for administration in both joint service and administration only new business tenders and presentations. This will include but not limited to:
- Being responsible for a portfolio of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension scheme.
- Cultivating existing relationships and building new, long term relationships with prospective clients. Overseeing administration and consultancy functions and ensure all clients are looked after and provided with the services they expect.
- Monitoring on going procedural developments and implementing changes to procedures where required.
- Additionally, you will also prepare for and attend client and trustee meeting on a regular basis managing ad-hoc projects.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you possess a proven background in managing Defined Benefit/Defined Contribution clients, together with being able to demonstrate previous presentational and project management experience
