SecureData is the UK's biggest independent cybersecurity reseller and we are currently seeking a Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Oldbury - Birmingham.

At SecureData, we look after cybersecurity for a range of business organisations. We have a very broad range of services ranging from security assessments, implementing solutions, support and managed services.

Our telesales team have the sole responsibility of booking meetings, calls and events for our sales team. You will be proactive, articulate and a self-starter who is happy to sell over the phone!

Your key responsibilities as a Telesales Executive will include the following:
  • Proactively targeting prospects and existing customers for new business, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Create professional emails and social media communications with accurate, articulate information
  • Achieve acceptable sales KPI's as specified
  • Understand SecureData's products, services and solutions and effectively communicate them
  • Book meetings, calls and events for the sales team
  • Produce accurate reporting as required as well as updating accurate information into the CRM database and other sales systems
  • Undertake training and coaching as required

You must have the following skills and experience to join our telesales team:
  • At least 1 year's experience doing sales/telesales
  • You must be full of energy, dynamic and enthusiastic!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A resilient, determined and confident attitude
  • An understanding of the IT industry or interest in technology would be extremely beneficial
