Kingspan has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Continuous Improvement Data Analyst to join our team based in Pembridge. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return we can offer a competitive salary of £17,500 - £20,500 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key responsibilities of our Graduate Continuous Improvement Data Analyst include:

We are looking for an individual who can turn data into information, information into insight and use the insight to assist the business in making informed decisions. This Graduate Continuous Improvement Data Analyst role would ideally suit a graduate with a technical or finance degree.

Responsibilities will involve coordinating the collection of all data for monthly manufacturing reporting to senior management and others in the required formats and time frames. You will work within the Divisional Operations team to collect and interpret operational data from a number of sources and functions to identify patterns, trends and opportunities in data sets. You will collate the data and create reports to summarise the findings to senior management. You will also be required to create adhoc reports when required to support projects, decision making, proposals and CAPEX applications.

What we're looking for in our Graduate Continuous Improvement Data Analyst:

To carry out this role effectively, you must be highly organised, demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical skills. Previous knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and other reporting packages would be beneficial.

You must be a responsible, self-disciplined and self-motivated individual who is able to demonstrate proven ability to deliver change and drive continuous improvement using your own initiative. A full job description is available on request.
