Leading Coventry based Precision Engineering business

Our client is currently seeking a confident Human Resources Administrator to join their team on a contract basis for an initial period of 6 months, potentially longer depending on business demands.

The business is going through an exciting phase and looking for further HR support to aid, particularly with respect to training coordination across multiple business units and teams.

Job Description
  • Responsible for assisting in creating and sending new employment contracts for over 1200 staff
  • Involved in the onboarding process of any new starters with the business
  • Providing screening to new starters/contractors on site
  • Coordinating and updating training matrix, including chasing of appropriate departmental members involved
  • Managing relationships across the business
  • To undertake any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:
  • HR Administrator Experience
  • Abe to manage training schedules and chasing internally to update and complete these activities

HR Administrator

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:
  • Engineering experience desirable, not essential
  • Ideally CIPD Qualification
