COMPANY INFORMATION - Gas Contracts Manager (Installation)

Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a Gas Installation Manager to oversee the eco boiler scheme funded by the government for low income families
Our client has an excellent reputation for delivering quality and high service levels CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Gas Contracts Manager - (Installation)

Demonstrable experience of responsibility on eco boiler scheme installations with a good understanding of the required legislation, compliance and relevant documentation necessary for funding
You must hold the relevant domestic gas qualifications including ACS and Gas Safe registration
Good IT skills would be essential
Experience of working on similar contracts previously would be essential with accountability for planning, recruitment, management of both internal and field-based staff, sourcing labour / sub -contractors etc
Have a good understanding of the Gas Safe regulations
You must have good customer services skills, be well presented and articulate
You will need to be self-motivated, diligent and hardworking with a desire to build the business and team around you.
You must be trustworthy, ambitious and looking for a long-term career with prospects JOB INFORMATION - Contracts Manager - (Gas bias)

Based at the head office on Birmingham you would oversee and plan the upgrades/boiler swaps of domestic customers accepted for the eco-boiler scheme
To complete all relevant documentation to ensure funding can be issued on behalf of the customer
Accountability for addiitonal insulation products that will need to be installed and knowledge or an ability to learn about them would be required

To liaise with clients, ensuring the resolution of any queries or issues.
To ensure all employees and sub-contractors meet the required technical and health and safety standards of the industry, company and the client.
To assume responsibility for the control and liaison of subcontractors and own labour.
To continually monitor own and sub-contractor performance to ensure compliance with client Key Performance Indicators
To identify efficiencies and cost savings within all contracts, for the benefit of the company and the client
To ensure that all jobs are completed on a timely basis and to the expected standard
On completion of jobs, to ensure that all invoices are raised in a timely manner
To maintain contract records in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements
Attend courses and other training events in compliance with statutory requirements.
To undertake other duties as required
