ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Senior Information Security Analyst to join Information Security within the Risk function. The position will preferably be based in Telford on a permanent basis. This vacancy represents an exciting opportunity to join one of Telford's largest employers, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this role of Senior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the definition and maintenance of ReAssure Group Information Security Policies and Standards, conducting Information Security risk assessments. As well as overseeing activities within the 1st line teams ensuring projects/change are delivered securely, protecting client and employee data.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversight of project delivery and change within the business, ensuring key Information Security risks are identified and managed appropriately, implementing controls and mitigating actions to manage risk in-line with risk thresholds aligned to industry best practice
  • Provide Information Security consultancy to assist the management of Information Security risks within both Business As Usual and project / change-related activities
  • Ensuring appropriate Information Security due diligence of all key services hosted internally and/or provided by 3rd party vendors is completed and identified risks are managed
  • Provide awareness and training on Policy, Standards and related Information Security topics

Key skills/experience required:
  • At least 3 years' experience within Information Security/managing Information Security risk or equivalent IT experience
  • Experience of providing independent assurance on the deployment of secure systems
  • Experienced in conducting Information Security Risk reviews
  • Delivering awareness training to users
  • Oversight of due diligence of 3rd party vendors
  • Knowledge of security controls for mobile devices
  • Knowledge of integrating with cloud solutions
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders towards the adoption of Information Security best practice
  • Diplomatic

  • Pragmatic in their approach
